Recruitment of Work Engineer/Civil on Contract Basis for Chennai Projects (Advt. No. C-08/2024). Total Vacancies 04 (UR-02, ST-02).
IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Railways engaged in the construction of turnkey infrastructure projects in Railways, Highways, Buildings, Power sector, etc. The Company has recorded a turnover of more than 10261 crores in the year 2022-23. The Company has successfully completed large value Railway and Highway Projects over the years in India and abroad including Malaysia, Bangladesh, Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Turkey, Nepal, Sri Lanka etc.
The company invites applications for recruitment of Work Engineer/Civil on Contract basis for IRCON’s Chennai projects at a fixed all-inclusive salary, as per the eligibility criteria and other details as tabulated below –
Essential Qualification: (As on 01.04.2024)
What are the educational qualification for the applications of IIL –in detail below;
Full Time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks from recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE/UGC
Age Limit: (Maximum Age As on 01.04.2024)
Minimum one-year experience in Civil Construction works
*Age Relaxations as per Government of India’s guidelines subject to fulfillment of the requisite qualification & experience.
Medical Standards for Railway Work Engineer Recruitment:
Candidates should be in sound health and free from color blindness. No relaxation in health standards will be allowed.
Salary Amount:
What is the salary amount for the engagement of IIL –in detail below;
Fixed consolidated Pay: Rs. 36,000/- per month.

Before reporting for Walk-in-Interview, candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.

- Experience Certificate in chronological order. In case of Present Employment, offer letter alone will not be considered as proof of experience, the candidate should also submit last Two Months’ salary slip of present employer for proof of experience.

- Caste certificate/EWS Certificate/Age relaxation. Certificate issued should be in prescribed format as per Government of India’s guidelines.
- Qualification Degree/Diploma and All semester/year Mark sheets for calculation of percentage in qualifying degree.
