Completing the self-declaration form for NEET 2024 exam involves a series of steps:
- Log in to the official NEET website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.

NTA has provided important instructions for candidates to follow on the day of the NEET 2024 exam, along with the admit card. Here are the instructions candidates must follow on the exam day:
- Documents to Carry: Candidates need to bring the NEET 2024 admit card, undertaking, a valid ID, passport-sized, and postcard-sized photographs.
- Reporting Time: Candidates should arrive at the NEET 2024 exam center at the time mentioned on the admit card. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam center after the gates close.
- Allowed Items: Besides the necessary documents, candidates can bring transparent water bottles, hand sanitizer bottles, extra photographs, PwD certificates, and scribe-related documents if needed, inside the NEET exam center.
- Prohibited Items: Candidates must not bring any banned items to the exam center on the NEET 2024 exam day. Prohibited items include stationery, electronic devices, food, accessories, jewelry, and bags.
