NCET 2024 Application Form 

The application form for the NCET for the four-year ITEP is now available for submission from April 13 to 30, 2024. Candidates must fill in personal details, and educational history, and upload necessary documents, including identification proof and certificates. Payment of the application fee is also required through the provided online payment gateway.

NCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for NCET 2024 for 4 years ITEP in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below.

• Education Qualification: Candidates must have completed or be appearing for class 12 or equivalent exams. Accepted qualifications include those from recognized boards, pre-university exams, and senior secondary exams.
• Age Limit: There is no age limit for NCET 2024 candidates. However, they must meet the age requirements set by their desired university, institution, or government college for admission.

NCET 2024 Application Fee 

To apply for the National Common Entrance Test 2024 for the four-year Integrated Teacher Education Programme, one is required to pay the application fee of ₹1200 if he or she belongs to General (UR), OBC-NCL, and EWS. One who belongs to SC, ST, PwBD, and Third gender candidates has a reduced fee of ₹650/-,

NCET 2024 Exam Date 

The NCET for four-year Integrated Teacher Education Programme is scheduled to take place on June 12, 2024, it will be administered by the National Testing Agency with an exam time duration of 03 hours i.e. 180 Minutes. It is informed to candidates that the exam will take place in the CBT mode across 178 cities and in 13 different mediums across India.

NCET 2024 Exam Pattern 

Exam pattern for the NCET for four-year ITEP in terms of mode, duration, questions, marks, marking scheme, sections, medium, etc, is available below.

• Mode: Computer Based Test
• Duration: 3 hours
• Total Questions: 181
• Questions to be Attempted: Candidates need to attempt 160 out of the total questions.
• Marking Scheme: Each correct answer carries +1 mark.
• Negative Marking: There is no negative marking.
• Sections:
  • Language Papers: Candidates choose two languages with 23 questions each.
  • Domain-Specific Subjects: Candidates choose three subjects with 28 questions each.
  • General Test: Consists of 28 questions.
  • Teaching Aptitude: Consists of 23 questions.
• Medium of Examination: The exam is available in 13 languages:

Reservation in NCET 2024 ensures seats for specific Indian categories as per Government rules. Central Universities follow their own policies. Persons with Disability (PwD) with 40% or more disability are eligible for benefits, including scribe assistance.
