BSF SI Recruitment 2024: Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate General Border Security Force (Personnel Directorate: Recruitment Section) has released a notification for the recruitment of Sub-Inspector (Vehicle Mechanic) & Constable (Technical).
Online applications are invited from eligible and interested Male and Female Indian citizens for filling up the under mentioned vacancies in Group –B & C combatised (Non Gazetted-Non Ministerian) posts in the Border Security Force, SMT WKSP through Online Mode only for vacancy year 2024 :-
Nationality/Citizenship –
Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Educational Qualification for BSF SI Recruitment 2024:
What are the educational qualification for the recruitment of BSF –in detail below;
For SI (Vehicle Mechanic) –
Three years Diploma/Degree in Auto Mobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an Institute recognized by Government.
For Constable (Technical) –
Matriculation or 10th Class pass from a recognized Board or Institution and
- Industrial Training Institute certificate in respective trade; or
- (b) Three years work experience in respective trade from a reputed firm.
Age Limit:
What is the age limit for the applications of BSF –in detail below;
For SI (Vehicle Mechanic) –
30 Years (Relaxable for Government servants upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government)
For Constable (Technical) –
Between 18 to 25 years (Relaxable for departmental candidates upto 40 years in accordance with the instructions ar orders issued by the Central Government.
Application Fees and Mode of Payment:
Candidates to pay Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) for Group –‘B’ and Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only for Group –‘C’ Posts as examination fee plus Rs. 47.20 service charges levied by Common Service Centre (csc) through following payment modes:-
- Net banking of any bank
- Credit/Debit Card of any bank
- Nearest authorised Common Service Centre
