Roles & Responsibilities:
- Completing all tasks set by the Supervisor and assisting wherever possible.
- Observing existing strategies and techniques.
- Traveling to different sites and gaining practical experience in new work zones.
- Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
- Observing health and safety guidelines at all times. – Attending meetings and workshops.
- Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the traineeship.
- Compiling reports and delivering presentations to staff members and other stakeholders.
- Enhance the capacity of the service network, and service executive to develop the best capable Engineer pool.
- Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and direct the safe operation and maintenance activities at the site.
- Will be responsible for Interdepartmental coordination to get the things done to execute.
- Will be responsible for Customer Experience, Incident management, scheduling, prioritization, and customer/channel partner interactions associated with service engagements.

Academic Criteria –
- Diploma – 60% or 6 CGPA and above throughout all semesters
- Xth & XIIth – 60% and above
- No live backlog.
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Age limit –
Not exceeding 21 years as of 1st January 2024 & it should not be below 18 years of age as on 1st January 2024.

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE OPEN FOR ANY LOCATION PAN INDIA. NO LOCATION PREFERENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Other Details for TATA Consultancy Engineer Recruitment:
Post-selection Candidates would be working for 12 months as a Trainee, afterward, they would be under Design Construction Supervision Activities. ➢ Finally selected students require to submit a paper bond at the time of joining of Rs. 30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand Only) for three years from the date of joining as ‘Engineer Trainee” or two years from date absorption, whichever is later.
Probation Period Details
