IndiGo to Connect Durgapur: Great news for travelers between Durgapur and Chennai! IndiGo, a leading low-cost carrier in India, announced new flight services connecting these two cities. Starting May 16, passengers can enjoy convenient travel options three times a week.
The flights will operate from the Kazi Nazrul Islam Airport in Andal. (IndiGo to Connect Durgapur and Chennai)
“We are excited to offer this new route to our passengers,” said Kailash Mondal, Director of the Kazi Nazrul Islam Airport. “There has been a significant demand for direct flights between Durgapur and Chennai, and we are confident that this new service will be a welcome addition.”
The flight schedule is as follows:
- Departing Chennai: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 5:45 AM
- Arriving Andal: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at approximately 8:25 AM
- Departing Andal: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 8:55 AM
- Arriving Chennai: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at approximately 11:35 AM
This new route fills a gap left by SpiceJet, which previously operated flights between the two cities but discontinued them during the winter schedule.
The convenient schedule and IndiGo‘s reputation for affordability make this a great option for travelers for business, leisure, or medical reasons.
