This unique program offers you the opportunity to pursue your B.E. / B.Tech. degree while gaining valuable work experience at LTTS.
What is the DELITE Program?
The DELITE program is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for diploma graduates in specific fields to earn their bachelor’s degree sponsored by LTTS. You’ll be enrolled in affiliated institutes/colleges while simultaneously working as an apprentice at LTTS. This program allows you to:
- Earn a B.E. / B.Tech. degree while gaining practical experience.
- Receive a progressive stipend starting from INR 15,000 per month.
- Become an integral part of the LTTS team from the outset of your career.
Who is Eligible for LTTS DET Recruitment?
We are looking for passionate and qualified diploma graduates from the following branches:
- Embedded Systems
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have a minimum aggregate score of 60% or 6.75 CGPA in each semester of your diploma program (including 10th and 12th, if applicable).
- Be a graduate of a full-time three-year/six-semester diploma program.
- Be born between July 1st, 2001, and June 30th, 2006.
- Have no outstanding backlogs at the time of application.
- Be a first-time passer in your final year diploma exams (applicable to shortlisted candidates).
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of joining LTTS.
